Seven Statues Commons

Just north of the Biblioplex, a series of statues form a semi-cirlce around a lush park filled with ample areas to study. More familiarly called Seven Statues, the park is a favorite spot for students—especially first-years—to gather in fair weather or to wander through on dates. Some of the university’s clubs also use the park to host social gatherings and games, including live-action roleplaying games and casual sports.
The statues that give the commons their name are in the likeness of Mordenkainen, Abi-Dhalzim, Tasha, Leomund, Melf, Tenser, and Rautheene. These mages, along with Rary the Traitor, formed the original University of Arcanix. These statues are immaculately detailed and undamaged by the passage of time. A campus rumor holds that these statues are in fact the actual seven heroes of ancient Galifar. Powerful transmutation wizards have attempted to undo the assumed spells, to no effect.
