Tarmahkan

Tarmahkan is an elder blue dragon from Argonessen that has given his support to Mishva Garodya Stormhorn of the Stormborn Clan and her fight against the softskins of Q'barra. Tarmahkan, a dragon lord of Argonnessen’s Vast, believes he has successfully evaded the scrutiny of the Eyes of Chronepsis, the draconic watch force that polices the actions of dragons in accordance with the draconic prophecy.
