The Shifting Hall

The resources of the Tyrants are hidden throughout Dragoneyes, but they maintain a small building on the Street of Eyes where prospective clients can come in search of services.
This building is completely unmarked and unremarkable. Adventurers and rival gangs searching for The Shifting Hall must either be given explicit directions to the hall, or be guided there by someone who knows where it is.
The Tyrant leadership is rarely found at the hall, and instead moves from base to base throughout the district. The purpose of The Shifting Hall is to serve as a hub where information is gathered and disseminated, and to provide a venue for critical decisions that are to be made by the executive leadership of the Tyrants.
