Velt and Ashen

Velt (changeling) and Ashen Thuranni (elf) are the only assassins on the Tyrants' payroll, but they are more than enough. Few even know their names, and no one knows which of the many mysterious deaths in Sharn are their handiwork. Nevertheless, Eck has never expressed concern about gaining an enemy.
