Description
From the outside this store looks posh and extravagant. It has been built with walnut wood and has brown stone decorations. Small, squared windows allow enough light to enter the store and have been added to the house in a mostly asymmetric way. The building is shaped like a squared L. The second floor is bigger than the first, which creates a stylish overhang on one side of the house. This floor has roughly the same style as the floor below. The roof is high and v-shaped and is covered with brown roof tiles. One small chimney sits at the side of the house. Several large windows let in plenty of light to the rooms below the roof. The store smells of cherries and wood.

Bead of Refreshment (Cost: 10 gp)(1d8 +3): This spongy, flavorless, gelatinous bead dissolves in liquid, transforming up to a pint of the liquid into fresh, cold drinking water. The bead has no effect on magical liquids or harmful substances such as poison.
Cleansing Stone (Cost: 50 gp)(1d4): A cleansing stone is a sphere 1 foot in diameter, engraved with mystic sigils. When touching the stone, you can use an action to activate it and remove dirt and grime from your garments and your person.
Everbright Lantern (Cost: 60 gp)(1d4): This bullseye lantern contains an Eberron dragonshard that sheds light comparable to that produced by a Continual Flame spell. An everbright lantern sheds light in a 120-foot cone; the closest 60 feet is bright light, and the farthest 60 feet is dim light.
Feather Token (Cost: 60 gp)(1d4): This small metal disk is inscribed with the image of a feather. If you cast the Alarm, Arcane Lock, or Glyph of Warding spell, you can tie the effect to the keycharm so that whoever holds it receives the notification from the Alarm spell, bypasses the lock of the Arcane Lock spell, or avoids triggering the glyph placed by the Glyph of Warding spell. In addition, the holder (who needn't be attuned to the item) can take an action to end any one spell tied to it, provided the holder knows the command word you set for ending the tied spells. The keycharm can have up to three tied spells at one time.
Orb of time (Cost: 20 gp)(1d4): While holding this orb, you can use an action to determine whether it is morning, afternoon, evening, or nighttime outside. This property functions only on the Material Plane.
Portable dragonshard stove(Cost: 35 gp)(1 at any time):
This item is an iron stove that is about 4 ft. in all dimensions with a weight of 100 lbs. It comes with Various extendable counters that come out of its sides. Upon using its command word as a bonus action, it transforms into a small box half the size and with a handle with the box only weighing 25 lbs. You can use another bonus action to speak the command word again to change its form back. This stove is powered by primarily Eberron dragonshard dust, but the other two may be used. 3 gp worth of Eberron dust can power this stove cooking for a week.
Magical Materials
Keltix sells materials for spells, items, and what not. She sells material components and other arcane equipment such as focuses and even holy water as long as it is 50 gp or less.
She also sells pouches of Eberron shard dust which can be used as a supplement for material compenents that have a gold value unless dm says otherwise, each pouch is 10 gp worth and she has up to 150 gp worth of Eberron shard dust typically.
