Hiath Phela

The Hiath Phela (Extended Toe) is an order of Inspired whose purpose is to create footholds in new areas for the Quori. This involves years of work building support in communities and the construction of a Hanbalani Altas. Their order includes highly trained Inspired psionic monks, sorcerers, and wizards, and many enthralled agents and supporters.
At the time of the Eberron Next campaign, the Hiath Phela is working secretly in the The Nightwood to construct a Hanbalani Altas there. This means amassing a large amount of crystal, mostly dragonshards, and that has been a focus of their efforts for several years.
The expedition in the nightwood is led by Borut Wajda.

Quori & Inspired in the Nightwood Region

The Hiath Phela is a splinter group of Quori, extremists who are on the very edge of what the Dreaming Dark plans in Eberron. Their plans to build the Halabalani Altas in the Nightwood is largely unsanctioned, but tolerated by the Dreaming Dark masters.
The Quori Wajda leads the effort, through the inspired tool Borut Wajda as their primary inspired vessel in the nightwood. A total of twelve quori are active members of the Hiath Phela, three teams each led by a single primary.
