Hourglass Tower

Shaped like a massive hourglass, this tower is the residence and workshop of Mydaiel, the Autumn Queen 's high mage.
The tower appears to be a massive hourlgass, even on the inside, where dunes of sand gather around a small of bookshelves, crystals, and work tables -- with sand perpetually gathering around them. The hourglass appears to be close to be fully drained, but the time never seems to end.
The hourglass that Mydaiel wears is an exact replica of the tower, and it is magically connected to the tower -- when Mydaiel uses her hourglass to cast magic, the tower itself reflects that magic on a grand scale.
