Korth
Korth is the capital city of Karrnath. Of all the places that suffered in the year 1000, Korth went through the worst, suffering first the infernal incursions, and then it was the site of the Battle of the Tower of the Twelve. The only thing that saved the city from being almost completely destroyed was that the tower drifted miles away from the city in the last days of the battle.

The Neuveau Dead
The years that have passed since Levistus and the Troublemakers nearly destroyed the city have brought new prominence to the undead and their role in Karrnathi society. There were a lot of factors in that development:The Stitched
The advent of The Stitched -- undead beings made from a jumble of parts from bodies that fell from the Tower of the Twelve -- presented the city with a new population of undead sentient people who were confused and looking for a way to belong. The Magnificent Butterflies
A holy order founded by Viktor (who served as it's first Grand Monarch), the order promoted the use of necromancy and undead in all things. The key tenet of the order was to facilitate true change. The destination of who you were meant to be is all that matters, everything before, is just the chrysalis stage, then you emerge as your true self.A Hero for Dead People
Willow, one of the Troublemakers, used his notoriety to become a powerful voice for the rights of dead people. The Karrnath Association for the Advancement of Dead People is a UVSGZ+ movement (Undead, Vampire, Skeleton, Ghoul/Ghast, Zombie, Plus) that has grown over the years, and Willow is an important thought leader for the movement, promising all sorts of sentient undead a place where they can be accepted as members of a community.
