New Galifar

Less an actual kingdom than a small group of former Cyran nobility playing at Utopia-building in the middle of a cruel, hostile land, New Galifar was founded by Ven ir'Kesslan and is now ruled by his grandson, Sebastes. The people of this "kingdom," which seeks to recapture the glory of a unified Galifar from before the Last War, have generally friendly relationships with their scale neighbors largely owning to the fact that they have the blessing of the indigenous tribes to live there. The ir'Kesslan family has signed treaties with the native populations and, while trying to maintain the feudal lifestyle of old Galifar on their lands, are considered staunch allies and square dealers within the Q'barran community.
