Sunscale Dragonborn
The following is an excerpt from Onward to the Past: My Adventures in Eberron by famed traveler and tale-weaver Martus Makfleye d'Phiarlan.
...In Q'barra, a number of dragonborn clans still thrive in the fetid swamps - probably because the myriad bloodsucking insects therein can't penetrate their scaly hides. The strongest is the Flamebrow clan, which rule the holy city of Ka'rhashan. Other clans of Q'barra include the Stormhorn clan, the Sunscale clan, and the Duskwing clan. Or so I'm told. I did visit a Sunscale village on one of my excursions to Q'barra, but I'm afraid I was quite insensible for the duration because the insect repellent Tok the Brownie created, while entirely effective in its intended use, made the wearer irresistible to jungle stirges. Tok tells me the dragonborn had an exceptionally orderly "village" with a central, tiered, stone pyramid surrounded by open-air markets and sturdy stucco dwellings. I'm certain it was lovely provided you're not as drained as a Mror Hold flagon, but forgive me for not placing it particularly high on my list of places to visit again. This constitutes the only mention of the Sunscale clan in contemporary Galifaran culture.
