The Lotto Grotto

The Lotto Grotto is a magic item shop located in Ardev. However, a large number of the items are cursed in some way. The tags on the items contain the believed name of the item followed by a question mark. Coloring of the tags indicated the power level of the item, though not whether the item is cursed. Green indicates a lower level item, yellow a moderate level, and red a powerful or dangerous item. For example, one might find a Ring of Mending? or a Used Bag of Holding?. The buyer will only find out if the item works when they attempt to use it the first time.
For obvious reasons there are no refunds.
