A Dhakaani hobgoblin found turned to stone in the vault below Kyr'Draal. He was missing a leg and Felryn adapted an existing prosthetic arm to replace it. Belaluur was the only compatriot of his to still be intact and as far as they know are the only Dhakaani in the new world. After Kyr'Draal was cleansed he embarked on a quest to look for other survivors of The Dhakaan Empire, promising to meet with Belaluur in one year at the temple of Chaal'Ull (The Dream Temple) which was located where the city of Kalazart now stands.
