An elven cleric of the Silver Flame, Fey'ator treated patients suffering from paranoia bearing an invisible aberrant dragonmark. He traced the mark's design in his medical journal, and continued to note its repeated appearance for the next three centuries. He'd notice a handful of the marks every decade.
