Eberron

Eberron is a world where morality is not set in stone. In other settings, such as the Forgotten Realms, the morality of creatures is not set due to their race and even evil creatures will attempt to perform good deeds for the world of Eberron, although it may be with ulterior motives.   While magic is common in Eberron, it runs by a system of wide but shallow magic. That is to say, that magic up to third level could be found easily within society, magic above that skill level could be difficult. For example, the lower levels of Sharn do not get sunlight due to the high walls, as such, House Cannith has graciously created Everbright lanterns to allow the dwellers of the lower levels the ability to see.
