The Blind Sky - Song
Written by the Cyre's Lyre. Based on the constellation of the blinded veil.
Lyrics:
In ages old, beneath a velvet sky,
A golden star, a wondrous eye.
The Weaver's Loom, they called it true,
A beacon bright, forever new.
But one soft night, a fiery streak,
The Star Without Light, a tear on its cheek.
It plunged from sight, a fading spark,
Leaving a void, a lonely dark.
The bards looked up, with tearful gaze,
Where once it shone, in starlit haze.
A whispered tale, a mournful sigh,
"The Weaver's Loom, has flown on high."
Though some scoffed light, and some did sing,
Of brighter days, new wonders to bring.
A curious change, the night did wear,
A shimmering scar, a light so rare.
The bards long gone, their voices fade,
But starlight whispers, a memory made.
Of golden tears, that fell so bright,
The Blinded Veil, in the endless night.
The Star Without Light, a mystery,
A missing piece, for all to see.
But hope remains, in every spark,
That one day soon, it'll light the dark.
