The group help a gnome merchant to retrieve his fallen goods from the abandoned part of the local mine.

Gnome merchant looking for visiting adventurers to help, finds only they have let town. The group manages to pitch themselves has replacement assistance and go to the site of the accident. They go down in the mine and retrieve the goods, but find other things, such as hauntings and signs of necromancy.
