Tia d'Lyrandar

Tia d'Lyrandar grew up as an orphan at the Flickering Candle Monastery on Questor island in Lhazaar Principalities. She was raised by the golden dragonborn Leroy, who taught Tia martial arts and The Way of the Four Elements. When Tia manifested a Mark of the Storm as a teenager, she was sent to Stormhome to learn more about her new Dragonmark. While Tia didn't enjoy all the fancy nobility or crowded cities, she loved getting to sail around on the open seas and explore more than the small island she had spent all of her life on. 
Tia joined Dawn's Light and went on many adventures with them. In Sharn, she was appalled by the all the litter and trash that was dumped on the poorer neighbours of Sharn's lower districts and waged a campaign to help clean up Sharn. Trained by House Lyrandar, Tia was a skilled sailor and captained Dawn's Light's vessel Flamewake on many voyages. 
When Tia returned to her monastery in Lhazaar she was shocked to find it had been taken over by cultists of the Eternal Flame. While fighting against the cultists Tia was Plane Shifted to the Plane of Fire. She was trapped on the Plane of Fire for many months, forced to serve the Efreeti of the City of Brass as one of their champions. 
After being rescued from the Plane of Fire, Tia continued to adventure with Dawn's Light. While in Karrnath, Tia helped save the Eladrin Gevra from execution. The delighted Gevra was instantly enamoured with Tia and the two spent much time together. During Dawn's Light's year of downtime, Tia and Gevra started dating and spent a long time in the Feywild.
