Hallowed Host
The Hallowed Host is the name of the religious pantheon worshipped by most Emmorines across the continent. After the Hallowing War, there were a minuscule few who no longer believes in the great celestial and abyssal forces that dominate the realms beyond Ebilar.
Structure
The Hallowed Host is structured with Aewalin, the Creator as the central figure in the creation mythos. At the core of the church, Aewalin is the primary figure of worship. However, during the creation of the universe, Aewalin, created a race of beings to serve Him and rule over various aspects of the material and supernatural planes. While Aewalin favored the mortal realm, his race of Neiphlen serve as generals, monarchs, and shapers of the elemental planes. The Neiphlen have the ability to create lesser beasts and shape physical properties, but are not omnipresent or omniscient. The structure of the Hallowed Host is as follows:
The Creator, the Hallowed Sovereign
The Creator is the being from whose grace all the world was forged. The Creator serves as the commanding general of the Hallowed Legions and supreme Sovereign of the known Universe. The Creator is the central figure of worship for the Church of the Hallowed.Neiphlen
The Neiphlen are the guardians of elements, protectors of their respective realms, and serve as the Legionary commanders of the Hallowed Legions. The Neiphlen oversee the Faelin, and help nudge the fates of worlds, peoples, and celestial events.Faelin
The Faelin are the 'ground forces' of the Hallowed Host. The Faelin serve as the on-the-ground influencers and avatars of the Creator's will. These beings are a pseudo-angelic species that have fought alongside humans, elves, and dwarves during major conflicts against the Unhallowed and have remained in the shadows, influencing the leaders of Ebilar.
