Session 4: Returning to the scene Report

General Summary

Setting off from Zali's new home, the group traveled to the site where the trio from Eberron crashed their ship.  Along the way, Kosmos and Duchess experienced the party being drenched in ephemereal blood, which disappeared in the blink of an eye during a night's rest.  The following day, the group came upon a strange humanoid-shaped spore cloud which introduced itself as Erkas.
Finally, arriving at the site of the crash, the damaged ship had been reduced to charred ruins, with little but the bent framework being salvagable.  As Kosmos, Zali, and Basil began moving a tree to craft into some sort of transportation for the ships framework, a massive Remorhaz emerged from the tunnel, injuring the group before grabbing Ox and retreating down to its lair.
Ox managed to kill the creature while it is tunneling, unfortunately trapping him underground.  Ox tried to tunnel his way through the creature, while Zali and Kadence worked on cutting it open from the back or digging around it.
In a last, desperate effort, Kadence unleashed the full power of the Railbow into the ground.  Although it was not seen, a loud thud reverberated from the caverns below, as the creature fell through, Ox along with it.
