Prince's Circlet

A magcal circlet worn by Prince of house Battleborn. This item requires attunement by the wearer to access its magical effects.

Abilities

• If the wearer of this circlet is a beast, then their intelligence is raised to that of the average human. From there they can be taught to further increase their intelligence, and automatically learn the language common. They are also able to speak the language common, even if they aren't anatomically able to speak words.
• The wearer of this circlet can trigger its inner power by speaking the command word "Rue", creating a powerful ward around the wearer. This ward gives the wearer complete immunity to damage while still allowing them to make attacks as if the ward wasn't in the way. The ward is not invincible and will break with enough effort. The ward can only be conjured for an hour before it dissipates and recharges each day at dawn.
• The wearer of this circlet is permanently under the effect of the Detect Magic spell.
