Reqa-Kelal is The Envoy of the organization Klihk'ka Hahk, a holy order of aarakocra located in northern Egapesh, dedicated to act as the messengers of all those who need information delivered. She is known for her owl-like appearance and that she's one of the oldest aarakocra to have ever lived.

Reqa-Kalal is not just very old, but also very large for an aarakocra. Due to her higher-than-average height and weakened body, she is no longer capable of flight and prefers to get around on foot. Despite this, she is still a powerful presence in any situation, especially compared to other regular-sized Aarakocra.
