Ruttork Clan (Rut-orc)

A clan of red-scaled kobolds that used to inhabit the Meltharri Peaks. When the Ruthorian Empire expanded into the Meltharri Peaks, a majority of the clan was assimilated and moved to the sewers of Mantlemine, though a small handful of Ruttork kobolds escaped into caves that led deep underground.
