The Silver Hammer
The Silver Hammer is a criminal gang based in the bowls of the undercity in Citadel Fornyr and is entirely in charge of the hidden black market within the city. It is made up almost entirely of dwarves, but nobody knows anything about its leader besides that they are a dwarf and call themselves "The Silver's Hand". The Siver Hammer is also the only supplier of Eurganan in Citadel Fornyr, which they use to control their members and the criminal underground of the city at large.
Assets
- Undercity black market: The Silver Hammer controls the undercity black market trade in Citadel Fornyr. The location of the open black market is constantly changing, moving between various secluded cave systems with entrances conveniently sized for dwarves making the entrance of anyone larger very uncomfortable. Any human guards entering through the main entrance would be funneled, giving the criminals enough time to either escape or pick them off one by one.
- Eurganan: It is unknown where it is grown, but The Silver Hammer has a seeming unlimited supply of Eurganan, which they profit from immensely. The psychedelic mushroom is usually only enjoyed within the safety of the black market or undercity, as getting seen with some above ground would almost always mean immediate arrest and long jail time.

- There is a rumor that The Silver Hammer has made a deal with Pagonia Battleborn, that the city would stay out of the gang's affairs as long as they contain it to the Deepstone district and undercity
