Qualifications

Most people don’t know this but there’s not really much qualifications for the job except a quick training session in protection and police work.

To patrol the area for bad guys during the night and to keep people safe from harm.

1. Don’t let anyone leave the area under any circumstances
2. If someone is caught after hours (like wandering around with friends) then warn them or kill them if they have broken the rules many times

Social Status

To citizens it’s considered a low class job but to the higher ups it’s important.

History

It started becoming mandatory during the industrial revolution where the Cédai military started to become violent towards other species. This made the government enforce the law of no killing allowed and placed more guards around settlements to protect the citizens from harm and make sure no one is doing stuff they aren’t supposed to.
