A girl has escaped the Pyavda in Lyvsk and was seen headed south. She apparently hired famous sharpshooter Quincy Heaton as a bodyguard through a third party.

Harper discovered in a call that Tallulah and Alvin were the third party in question and that Tallulah thinks that the Severance Movement needs her help.
