Leaders of the Severance movement in Union and the Crescent Isles, the Rhissassi twins have a colorful and sordid past, and neither have any interest in discussing it with anyone. Lenore is a skilled technologist and a well-known enemy to the Monroe Corporation, and her brother, Ezra, is an ex-Monroe soldier and a world-class shot.
