Suave, flashy, passionate, hardass. These are the words that best describe the mysterious woman who seems to have a hand in everything within the city of Vallaki. Alcio comes off as a ruthless hardass who doesn't take shit from anyone, and combined with her sharp mind she is able to back up her tough girl act. Underneath the thin veil, however, is very much a passionate and flashy individual.
While typically working alone, she is known to work either alongside, or with subordinances in the organizations she has ties to. She is quick to punish incompetence among these people, but is even quicker to reward daring actions and success.

Alcio seemingly has a finger in several, major, players in Vallaki. She is known to work for the Kargat, but those among The Bloated Bounty also count her as an ally.
