Fortunes Favor
A casino ran by the Danesti family. While the Danesti have several dens associated with them, none compare to the Fortunes Favor. Sporting sprawling beautiful halls filled with all sorts of flashy light and enjoyable entertainment, you will find this hall sprawling with people from all corners of Vallaki during all hours of the day. In the lair of Nickolai, the fun never stops, and the gold always flows.
The Fortunes Favor is quite a unique place, an outlier. Its beautiful interiors, filled with endless rows upon rows of tables, spectacular displays or wealth and beauty, is located in the dingiest part of town. Deep beneath the earth in the mines that supply the city with its endless power lays a shining gem. Located in The Divide, a shanty town built to keep the poorest of the poor underground longer, this shining gem of depravity, debauchery, and decadence stands tall and proud. Entry is easy enough, everyone who's anyone knows of the Fortunes Favor, but once your inside it is impossible to leave. The charisma of the staff, the enticement of becoming rich, and the attractive services they provide leaves one seemingly hypnotized at the grandeur. The strangest part of the Fortunes Favor is its clientele. Despite being built in the dingiest part of the town, you will find people from all social classes and districts within these halls. From the poorest of the poor to the richest of the rich, everyone is seemingly always at the fortunes favor. Which begs the question: How and why are the nobles here?
All manner of games are run at the casino, ranging from the basic card and dice games, to the the more advanced and highly popular games like 9 Fires, Odds or Evens, and even a rare game only played by the most exclusive guests of the casino: The Devil's Hand.
