The gossiping half-elf bartender of the Bloated Bounty who prepares drinks with risky flourishes. He has wavy dark hair and a handlebar moustache. He is well-dressed with a a dazzling red dress shirt complimented by the white undershirt, a black tunic, black pants, and refined black boots and brown leather belt adorned with a slight amount of golden filigree. Despite the rules of the establishment, Vali can't keep his mount shut. He is all too happy to say who has and hasn't been seen in the tavern recently, share rumors "that rats told him," and share as much as you care to hear about the history of the establishment.
