Lysander

Lysander is the god overseeing the proper administration of justice, maintaining a neutrality that entrusts his followers to all the countries of the archipelago.

Divine Domains

Lysander is overseer of order, including arrest, judgement, and punishment. He is patron of all government, and the mediator of all disagreement. The unjustly punished also pray to Lysander for the clearing of their name, and The Order of Lysander the Redeemer frequently assists criminals - guilty or not - in rebuilding their lives. It is these kinder aspects that also make Lysander a god of freedom. There are others, such as the Angels of Chastisement who follow Lysander with less leniency in mind.

Divine Symbols & Sigils

In depictions, Lysander's face is always obscured by a gleaming internal light, which blinds onlookers while illuminating their innermost truths. This light is often represented as a many pointed star. He, as a god of justice, may also be represented by balanced scales.

Divine Goals & Aspirations

Lysander and his followers strive to illuminate all the world in perfect justice and order. Not only the material plane, but also those domains of the afterlife. After Thalamon collects a dead soul, they are usually taken to Lysander's court for judgement. If found to have lived a life of fairness, they are given a pleasant afterlife. If not, Lysander sends them to the Hells, which he oversees alongside a mysterious board of devilish beings.
