Teagan

Maker of Revelry

Legends say that Teagan was once a mortal adventurer like any other, but one who quickly rose to international fame. As his fame and power grew, it is said he did some sort of favor for the gods, or proved his worth to them (legends vary), and he was granted immortality in the form of eternal godhood. Now he watches over all performers, musicians, comedians and pranksters, providing luck and goodwill to his worshippers.

Divine Domains

Patron god of halflings. God of partying, pranks, and general comfort. In legends they have almost always appeared as a halfling of varying appearances, recently very blond. Also the keeper of the stories held in the stars; makers of instruments and astrolabes turn to Teagan for guidance in their work of making and recording fables.

Holidays

Weekly, on the day of the week called Teaganfest, there is a celebration of leisure. In many countries, this and the following day (Hibday) are the weekend, the days off of work. In the month of Talene, the Teaganfest closest chronologically to the solstice is called Ultimate Teaganfest! The parties, parades, and merriment is famously raucous.
