Templer
Templer is most northern subcontinent in Mesos . Is the only place which experiments four seasons and, therefore, the only area where it snows in winter. This obliges some animals to migrate between north and south of Templer to escape from the cold. Some creatures even migrate into Heiles when winter arrives.
This cool land houses many civilizations. At the south, close to the limit with Yunhai, lies the United Kingdom of Fedora, at the north, lies the Kingdom of Daygor close to the east redwood coast, and at the west, is the Clerdos Nation.
Geography
The land is covered by forest and grasslands made by the animals that don't like tight spaces. At the eastern coast with the Zoris ocean, the vegetation is dominated by redwoods and ferns.
Fauna & Flora
The plants that inhabit the forest are of various types. As the climate on Templer is colder than in the rest of the world, plants are adapted to resist to such conditions.
Some special fish are only native of Templer. However, as in the rest of Mesos, the predominant animals of Templer are dinosaurs. Many dinosaurs that are native only to Templer have adapted dense covering of feathers or integuments to survive the cold of the winters.
List of dinosaurs native only to Templer:
- Achelousaurus horneri
- Diplodocus hallorum
- Dreagnoghtus schrani
- Magnapaulia laticaudus
- Tuojiangosaurus multispinus
- Prenocephale prenes
- Orkoraptor burkei
Natural Resources
Templer has the richest deposits of iron in all Mesos. The mines of iron also give some of the best stone for construction and decoration.
Wood is also a precious resource that can be found in Templer. Some trees are very old and yield some of the best wood in the continent.
