Barbara Notario

Barbara Notario was the Administrative Head of Espetania from 1479 onwards, having been appointed to the position by the then High Lord of the Middle Kingdom, Aritz Molinero. Notario was notable for being the first non-human to hold the position, holding heritage from elves and a tiefling-human mother.
