Delmah De'brezzen

Though to be one of the largest settlements of the Underdark, Delmah De'brezzen is a city of predominantly drow; while also informally acting as a city state of sorts. Delmah De'brezzen loosely translate as a 'home of the mistress,' with an intense devotion to the Spider Queen expected of most of its citizens.
Delmah De'brezzen is in the Underdark region of Shallowstone, though its specific location in regards to the surface is not known.
