Ifferbarn

Ifferbarn was an alliance of halfling communities in Southwest Skortenia formed in -40 AS. The alliance was originally formed as a loose collective of clans wanting to exchange culinary skills, though was inadvertently believed to be an actual political alliance by other nearby humanoids. Not wanting to disappoint, the clans followed this thread and developed into a formal political alliance.
