Jellamy Joggen

Founder and head of the School of New Age Alchemy and Inventions in Averum, Jellamy Joggen is a well renowned gnomish inventor, having designed several structures and innovations that grew the prominence of Averum as a city, leading to the cities funding of his school. Jellamy was originally from small community of gnomes in Alsassenland, though left for Averum before the end of his seventh decade.
