Komsopole

The capital of the Dvoynayareka Tsardom is Komsopole; a prosperous river city, though with an equal reputation for being a hive of criminals amongst the eastern lands of Kasetia. Much of that reputation is owed to a number of gangs formed by immigrants from the city. Komsopole riverine position allows it easy access to the ocean, providing it with a similar reputation for having accomplished shipbuilders.
