Communication, Exploration, Leisure, and Lifeline Stones a.k.a CELL Stones
A palm-sized object that has the appearance of a stone ring box with a necklace strap. Inside, there is a round, teal crystal that projects images for various purposes.
Communication: With the CELL Stone, you can contact any other creature with a CELL Stone whose ID Number you are in possession of. Doing so, you can either send them a textual or visual message if they are on the same plane as you.
Exploration: With the CELL Stone, you can bring up a map of the general area for 1 mile around you by having the Stone tap into the local Leylines. It can relay information of your current location, and basic geography of the area, but cannot list specific locations or any possible threats. However, you can put in coordinates and get the safest route to that location, but not the fastest.
Leisure: With the CELL Stone, you can record visual images by waiting six seconds, which the CELL Stone can store (up to 10). Additionally you can record up to 10 minutes of audio, or listen to other audio captures shared by another user.
Lifeline: The CELL Stone can keep track of it's registered users vital health, and can notify local Guard stations within 10 miles if there is an emergency. However, it currently cannot stabilize or heal, although talks of First Response Systems are in place.
Mechanics & Inner Workings
The Teal Crystal in the center is a particular kind of Mana Crystal, so when the energy passes through in specific manners, it releases the energy within it in certain ways. Whether this is via text on a screen, images, or sound. To connect with another person, it sends it's energy signature along Leylines, of which Edda has a plethora of, and reacts with another registered crystal.

Raw materials & Components
The outside box used to house the Mana Pathways is made with simple Magnum Cobblestone, and the circuits are marked with Ley Steel from Atalanta. The Crystal in the center that performs the different tasks can be found anywhere, and in many different colors as well.
Tools
Along with stone carving for the outside container, and the gem crafting to smooth the crystal into the right format, to make a CELL Stone one must have a steady hand to etch out the lines of circuitry, and Mana Weavers must work carefully to create the right pathways within the crystals.
