Dark Stone Archives
Situated within the Calcite Circle of Agartha City, the Dark Stone Archives is a highly prized institution in the city, having a wealth of knowledge and experience for modern academics to sift through.
They have everything from historical records, genealogical research, magical formulas, and even magical science reports.
While a lot of their wealthier information is accessible by members only, and membership is hard to come by without a sponsor, the amount of information available to the public is still grand.
Purpose / Function
The purpose of the Archives is to store and distribute necessary information to the public, as well as investigating certain essential texts, and attempting to find others. It also works as a study organization for the Ouroboros Magical Academy, and even offers some recruitment and scholarship opportunities for students.
Design
The building is a Parthenon like structure, with large pillars supporting a triangular roof and grand steps leading into the main building.
Alterations
The Archives have been expanded and reinforced over the centuries, being nearly 10 times as big as their original structure.
Architecture
Much like its name, the Archives are made of smooth darkened Marble, with silver-coated accenting details, along with some regular white marble in the interior.
