Mountain Speaker Wilhelm Feuerstein Stormparter (a.k.a. Firestarter)

The current head of The Circle Speakers, the group that collectively rules Agartha as a whole. As the Mountain Speaker, it's Wilhelm's job to not only finalize decisions, be a tie-breaker if necessary, and represent [Agartha personally, but also attend Pan-Eddan meetings as the representative of Agartha's government.

Along with clear white eyes, Wilhelm typically keeps his beard nicely woven, with it hanging just enough to cover his neck.

He tends to walk with a bit of a limp, and fiddles with a lucky coin when idle.

Apparel & Accessories

As Mountain Speaker, Wilhelm has a special sash, colored silver with a cord of different colors for each of the circles, that is worn on necessary occasions. Other than that, he wears typical, well-made clothing, occasionally with clerical robes and sashes as well.

Personal history

Wilhelm Stormparter was born to an affluent Jewelry family in the city of Agartha, and assumed he'd have a simple life of the same as he spent his vast amount of years in Edda. However, that changed drastically when The Border Wars began. With a rush of nationalism and desire to make a name for himself, he enlisted in the military as soon as he could, and began fighting on the front lines. After Nine years of military service, rising through the ranks, he was suddenly attacked by a freak crossbow bolt in the chest, and nearly died. It was a trick of fate that led the bolt to just barely miss a vital organ enough that he could be healed. However, the shock and injury would lead him to be sent home for recovery. He would go on to report that he saw a Dragons Scale protect him in the last moment, one of a color that hadn't been seen before. It was after extensive research during his leave that led him to the oft-forgotten Mother Dragon of Destiny and Purity, who rules over the rare Clerical Domain of Fate: Perle. When Wilhelm returned to battle, it was not as a soldier, but as a Medic, as he had devoted himself heart, mind, and soul to Perle, and went on to save hundreds of lives in the process, as his power along with hers could twist the chances ever so slightly in the favor of the afflicted. Once the war was over, and peace reigned, Wilhelm was renowned as 'Firestarter' as he was said to reignite the fire of ones soul, and when new representatives of Agartha were being chosen, he had thousands of backers. Throughout the years, he has ascended to the title of Mountain Speaker, and holds that title to this day.

While Wilhelm keeps his private and public lives seperate, tabloids have reported seeing him with partners of multiple genders.

Education

As a child, Wilhelm was able to attend high-class general education. During the war, he was schooled on military tactics as well, followed by his intense Religious Studies after discovering Perle, and lastly with his political education which allowed him to rise to the rank he is at today.

Employment

Wilhelm joined the Military before he had an official job, but he did learn the ways of market and trade from his family in the gemstone and Jewelry buisness. After his military work, he found employment as a Cleric for his rare domain, providing a place of worship for the handful of people (still a large amount due to population) who followed Perle as well. Now, he has worked in politics for the last 18 years, first as a Circle Speaker before rising to Mountain Speaker.

Accomplishments & Achievements

Along with a successful military career with the highest achievement of all, Surviving, Wilhelm has also been able to erect an official church for Clerics of Perle in Agartha City, as well as achieving various political goals in his time as Speaker.

Mental Trauma

Wilhelm has gone on record in interviews about how the injury that almost took his life still effects him to this day, both in some blood pressure issues as well as PTSD.

Morality & Philosophy

Wilhelm believes that while fate is recorded and observed, it's not immune to change, like the diversion of a river. As such, it is up to each individual to find the purpose and meaning of their own life, as they ride the every changing river.
