Grower's Tract
A Guild that's influence extends far across the Free Expanse/Delta Marshlands, and even into parts of the Carved Island and Kraken's Tentacle.
They are a guild for farmers and other agri-business and help to support the works and economy related to such trade. They intervene with governments to keep taxes low. They fight for land rights in favor of struggling farmers. They even help to support members who had a bad turn of harvests due to plague or illness. Every member contributes membership fees and those fees are used to help everyone in the guild.
Structure
The Tract is a broad organization, with many levels of administration governing their local chapters and individual members. Everyone is referred to as a Grower, but your particular standing carries another title, usually only used within guild meetings and between other members.
At the top you have the Farmer, the name of the chief officer of the guild. They are at the highest level making decisions that affect the entire organization. The Farmer deals with kings and queens, The Triumvirate, even the merchant lords of Yui'tian. Below them you have the Farmhands, a select group of individuals that oversee certain regions, acting as a greater authority for those regions and keeping the Farmer's plate clean to deal with larger issues. Below the 'Hands you have Crops.The Crops serve as leaders of a town's chapter. They handle the financials and make sure everyone is happy in their constituency, reporting up to the 'Hand above them if there's an issue they can't deal with. Below still you find the Stalks. Stalks are sort of team leaders, the farmers in the Tract are often divided into small groups and the Stalks lead these groups. They act as smaller support organizations, people who will quickly band together to help with disputes and in lean times. Each member of such group are called sprouts. These are the base-level members of the organization and are the beneficiaries of all the support from above. They run their farms, go to meetings, pay their dues and under the Tract's management, live fruitful lives.
Their children, which are considered the greatest resource of all farmers and especially those in the tract, are called Seeds. They are trained in the ways of farming, and through the aid of the guild, are giving educations and opportunities most farm kids wouldn't dream of. The expectation is that every Seed will become a sprout one day, so they devote resources to making them grow healthy and strong.

Assets
The guild is run out of a sizable guild hall in Teontia and houses the offices of the Farmer and Farmhands, as well as spaces for any member to stay while in the city, or simply meet in a quiet, private place. Each of the 'Hands also has a Home/Office on a much smaller scale in their particular region that serves as a more local base for such pursuits.
