Vin is a country apart. While most civilizations in Zinneria are ruled by commerce or elected officials, this entire country is led by a Monarch and his court. Where most would prefer a little frugality, to maintain a working order, the Vinish seek only the most extravagant decorations or trinkets.

Shared customary codes and values

The flavor "sweet" is a cultural taboo. Long regarded as a sign of weakness, eating or preparing sweets as an adult is the same as asking to have your loin cloth changed. You will not find any public restaurant or vendor who has anything sweet, even those who cater toward foreigners. The only places one might find sweets are on the counters of those with small children. Though those who prepare such things often hide such things if anyone comes to visit.
