Mirena is revered as the deity of the seas, as well as bodies of water such as rivers and lakes. She is also recognized as the mother of all aquatic creatures, including Tritons, Sea-Elves, Water Gensais, Shoal Gnomes, and many others. Sailors and pirates frequently seek her blessings for safe passage through the seas. While Mirena is typically regarded as a benevolent and tranquil goddess, the tranquility can be disrupted by violent waves and monstrous creatures lurking in the depths. She is always accompanied by Altio, the God of storms, and together they govern the seas and the tempests
