Prage
Melodic, flowery and fluent like a river in it's rhythm but precise and sharp as a knive to your throat - these are the defining qualities of Prage; the language of the Free City State of Praha.
Prage is spoken by the born-and-bred Praharian upper class citizens in particular; it's pretty unique and only bears a minimal resemblance to its neighboring vocalizations of culture like Rus, Ally Tongue and Carpatho. Although it is still a common theory of linguists that Prage was originally born from a similar origin in one of the many bunkers that were scattered around the Eastern Known World, the Praharian high society does not want to hear such a blasphemous thing.
Prage is only taught to upper class children in home schooling which makes it very difficult for the lower class citizens to learn how to speak and write it proper; as in the city of money and trade, only the rich can afford good education. So lower class Prage is a mixture of many dialects and varies greatly from everything spoken by the rich and powerful. The latter are mostly Witches and Warlocks alongside other Sinners who swear it is the best and only language capable to properly express powerful incantations and weave complex magic that needs to be sustained by groups of 'invocateurs'. Therefore, Prage is also called the Witches' Tongue and has become more and more popular under Allied Territory upper class occultists.
Phonology
Prage is a language of fine tunes and quick crescendo but also a large and very precise vocabulary, especially when it comes to expressing the matters of trade, taxes and monetization. Praha is the center of all trade routes in the eastern habitats and like it's walls and its citizens, its language has withstood the onslaught of countless enemies who have tried to occupy, oppress and obtain it to make it their own.
