Del Tassyk
Del Tassyk has made a name for himself in the Taris undercity as a bounty hunter who can be relied on to deliver his targets alive for the purposes of imprisonment in the Arena, and who can do so under the nose of the Empire. Taris is a mid rim planet under Empire control, but the undercity is full of less than legal activity. At home in the polluted, urban sprawls of Taris’s subterranean levels, Del is always welcome in its gambling dens, though he is not without his own obligations and enemies. He now specializes as a “procurement consultant,” preferring that title, and he is currently in the employ of a crime lord who is trying to revitalize the dying betting scene in the Arenas he owns by introducing more exotic and dangerous beasts for the prisoners to fight. Tassyk and his boss maintain an uneasy peace by bribing imperial officials with a cut of the winnings, hence the urgency of the task.
