Gang Leader (Vice Lords) -
Blanks - Very powerful gang leader. Wears white clothing and is surrounded by men with guns. Blanks does not waste time with politics, and if there is a problem, violence is always the answer. He feels he has the manpower to always get his way. if the PC's attempt to contact him, they will have tremendous difficulty, but will not be in any danger unless they provoke or insult Blanks.

His take

Blanks deals with lots of cartel. This Heavy Jim guy claimed to have prices that were suspicious right from the get. When the deal went down, suddenly the driver flips the truck, and all hell breaks loose. All his men scatter like rats, and his crew tried to clean it up, but they got shot. Mr Blue and Mr Yellow were lucky enough to get back to base with most of the money, but the drugs and a quarter of a million dollars is now missing. Blanks is fed up with Jim's bullshit and if he sees his men again he's going to kill them. Blanks thought that Lady X had died too, but she was just laying low for a bit, since she was afraid for her life. Apparently this Arnold TT guy knew where she lived and she had to move to a new place. Their whole cartel are full of idiots and murderers.
