Mama Lost

Some months past, BowBow's mother, Snikee, disappeared from her home in their secluded forest village. The only evidence left behind was her cryptic recipe book and a strange multicolored shell. After some investigating Bowbow identified the shell as belonging to a rare species of mollusk that only lives deep within the treacherous Lamcaster's Marsh.

When Bowbow met Minister Sauriv he recognized BowBow as the son of Snikee, who was a renowned scholar. He explained that He and Snikee were both part of a small organization of scholars called the Athenaeum, and that last he had heard, BowBow's mother had intended to visit him after meeting another member called Miss Holly to assist with some important work deep in the swamps. He was very pleased to meet BowBow and offered to help him compare notes between their two cookbooks.
