Arnulf of Noakes

Little is known about Arnulf of Noakes, a stereotypical recluse wizard (though he lives in a little hut deep in the Tearel Forest in Chean rather than a tower). Much debate and rumors persist around his existence, from how he gained a seat on the Council of Ten to how he was named. Of all the council members, he is the only one who has never really been seen in public.
