Iolas Faxisys
His Majesty, Iolas Faxisys, King of Mel and Lord of Pheles Estate as given by the Crowned Goddess pays little attention to the world beyond his books and scrolls. Given recent events, he declared that his nation would join on the side of Hapina and then promptly handed the matter over to his advisors and generals before returning to his library (which, beyond the universities, is among the most impressive on the continent).
