Ouen Bunce
Ouen is famous for two facts. Firstly he holds the only council seat in Chean that is not decided by election from the wealthy. The seat he has is called the Warrior Lord's seat and is mostly ceremonial. It is given to the best warrior in the land which is determined by a contest every five years. However, this position remains on the council for the mere fact that the Warrior Lord is in charge of the small (but highly mobile) Chean military and is often given far more power in times of trouble. The second fact is Ouen is the youngest member of the current council, or any previous council, at 23.
